I love beignets from Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans, an I rate these better than Cafe Du Monde. Nice and buttery. Delicious

PJ’s was delicious! Glad they have opened. I stopped in for a coffee and got my daughter a hot chocolate. It was a perfect hot drink on a cold day. We got a couple beignets, and wish we would have bought more! We’ll be back very soon!

I LOVE this coffee shop!! The baristas are always so sweet, the coffee is amazing, the owners are involved in the community, and when you get coffee here you are also giving back because they are part of the GiftAMeal program!! I can’t recommend them highly enough!!!

So cute! Everyone is nice every time I’m in here. Have a cute area with coloring books for the kids. Been here many times for coffee and work, and always have a great experience.

I come into PJ’s on my lunch break almost everyday. I usually get a drink and a dessert. I highly recommend the salted Carmel cookie, the Peach Palmer tea, and/or the beignets! The red Bull drinks are also delicious. It’s a really nice environment between the comfortable seating, the quiet music playing on the speakers, and the friendly staff. The staff is definitely My favorite part of coming here . Everyone is so kind and helpful. A few of the staff members know me by name and even have my go-to drink order memorized. Shoutout to Debbie! (( Who, by the way, has very cool hair ))

This place is terrific! The beignets and chocolate croissant were delicious. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of their menu. Support local and give them a try.

Tired of the lonnnnnng lines at Starbucks?? PJs Coffee is a must try. Items from coffee to snacks are very comparable to the Seattle native. Something you will only find here are the BEIGNETS of New Orleans! Your very own Cafe Dumond classic right here in O'Fallon MO! Menu is plentiful, service is really fast, and there's always a smile to greet you. Seating is classic and plentiful. We will definitely be back! #PJSCOFFEE

Great little coffee shop with New Orleans twist. Nice indoor area and a couple of seats outdoors that have morning shade. Drinks were very good and the service was fast and friendly. Did not try the bakery treats, but they looked yummy. It has a drive thru as well.

Friendly and helpful staff at PJ’s welcomed me. My latte was delish and I was happy to find they had several non dairy milk options. Beignets were hot and made to order. Highly recommend!
